You need to know I have never purchased real estate in my life, but for ten years have been dreaming about getting into real estate investing. I have recently taken a 24-hour mortgage broker course in Florida and plan to start a career as a loan officer and get licensed as a broker soon. I also plan to purchase foreclosed homes and re-sell them. I need a financer and possible mentor as I start on this venture. I have also read a lot of books, but just really need to do some real life purchasing and selling. I am extremely motivated!! If you're patient and willing to mentor, I could help bring in a lot of funds. Thank you for your interest!

My friend's uncle can him about 2600 dollars, and he said that the only thing he can use them for is to start a business in anything he wants.. What do you suggest? I’m out of ideas, he likes writing books. When I suggested writing novels and selling them in one of the big bookshops in town he said no, as it takes a couple of years to finish just one book, and he has to start on this " business" thing now... any ideas?!

Thanks! :)

I am having the worst time coming up with a name for a new business that I plan on opening. I am going to be opening a small market-type store that sells general merchandise at great prices. The problem is that I am opening the business in a nice neighborhood. The neighborhood is great in that it supports small businesses. But I don't think they are the sort of people that shop at discount stores (Joe's Dollar Mart).

I want the name to imply that the merchandise is a great value, but I also want it to imply that it is quality merchandise in a classy store - NOT the gross, dirty, out of date junk that you find in most discount stores.

Any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated!
