I currently work as a benefit fraud investigator but in my teens worked part-time in a garage forecourt for 6 years and practically ran the business. Ok,i have been having the usps carrier pickup done for about a year now..its been nice since i sell on ebay and dont always have the time to stand in that long long line at the post office..well i get a call today from the post office..saying did i use click n ship,i said no,and she said the mail man is returning my packages. Im like ok? I have never heard of click n ship for Carrier pickup only..i cant even find it on their website! She said i would have to pay $13.85 for my paypal label packages to be picked up next time if i want them to pick it up! Has anyone else encountered a problem like this? Or any more info you can tell me? Thanks!!

I have transportation, tools(vacuum cleaner, etc.). My questions are:
1. Do I charge a certain margin i want on top of my employees wages?
2. What does an effecient cleaning schedule consist of?
3. Do I charge hourly, monthly, or yearly?
4. How do i figure the supplies(soaps, cleaners,etc.) into the picture?
5. Do I supply all the toilet paper and garbage bags?
6. What should I be expected to supply and what should I expect to be already supplied by the customer?
7. And last but certainly not least, what were some unexpected surprises, both constructive and unpleasant in running your own business?

"Friendly Horseshoe"

I have had several ideas for a business name, but for one reason or another decided that it wouldn't work. Today I came up with "Friendly Horseshoe". I would like to know what kind of business you think of when you hear it. For my business I plan on making candles and some other homemade items.

For a logo I was thinking about a horseshoe with a yellow rose inside it.

Where in Wisconsin, could I apply for a grant for summer camp for my teen? She will be 16, and I've applied for a grant with the agency that she will be attending, but they've only allowed funding for 1 program. Because Milwaukee has practically turned into a warground, with talk of getting National Guards here, I'd think it best she camp all summer long because she is prone to be a victim out here with associations. I could go on and Bash Milwaukee, but it accomplishes nothing.

Milwaukee has managed to eliminate a lot of programs here for teens, thereby leaving very little for them to do in the summer months but hang out. We all know this causes problems in itself, and the fact that the law is lenient on them because they "are minors". Skating rinks are minimal, Drive-in has disappeared, Summer Jobs? Wow.

If we had a teen club focused with the old Ice Cream parlor theme, and non sexual music, and non violent music, with security and structure, we could see improvemnent
