Ok,i have been having the usps carrier pickup done for about a year now..its been nice since i sell on ebay and dont always have the time to stand in that long long line at the post office..well i get a call today from the post office..saying did i use click n ship,i said no,and she said the mail man is returning my packages. Im like ok? I have never heard of click n ship for Carrier pickup only..i cant even find it on their website! She said i would have to pay $13.85 for my paypal label packages to be picked up next time if i want them to pick it up! Has anyone else encountered a problem like this? Or any more info you can tell me? Thanks!!

Sorry about the foolishness. I have no idea why they're being dumb about your business. If in doubt try telling them you want to talk to the Customer Connect representative, who may be at the district office. I have a couple of questions. If you're not using click&ship then how are you labeling and attaching the postage to your packages? In order to use carrier pick-up, your packages have to be sent by priority mail. Maybe that has something to do with them being returned.
