if i didnt wanna allow certain races in or hire them could somehow the gov. shut it down?

yes, there are about 100 laws that will prevent you from keeping your business open if you openly discriminate. I don't think you should be in business at all if you won't hire someone of a certain race, but you are entitled to your private opinions. Who cares what they look like, what religion they practice, or what color their skin is... what matters is that they will work hard for you , be loyal to you and your business, and help you make your business more profitable. Plain and simple.

Yes, and they should. Race discrimination is unlawful and downright unfair.
