I need to write Articles of Incorporation and the business is in Georgia. The SBA site isnt so great and doesnt have any really good examples this is for a constrution company.

I incorporated my business in Washington state in 06' and the process was extremely easy. Some people pay lawyers hundreds of dollars to do it! Check out http://www.secstate.wa.gov/corps/
It probably took me an hour.
