a business scope is exactly what it sound like. Its a detailed explaination of that you plan on doing. What product, who will you employ, what is the market, how do you plan on making a profit. Its almost the same as a business plan with a little more detail to marketing and general operations. In other word how would you explain what you do and how you make money to a layman that knows nothing.
