Fundamentals of Marketing?

Question

I am trying to open my own place which will service insurance, notary, and real estate...I am on my way to get my licenses and getting ideas of marketing. I would really appreciate any kind of advice, idea, suggestion about, lenders, realtors, about proven marketing sources, any websites or books that would give me good information about how to run this kind of a busines and how to be successful in it. Your ideas, advices and opinions are very important.
