As far as I am aware, ALL 0800 telephone numbers are issued by BT.

This suggest you can get the best deal by going to them direct - see their web site.

I would ask why you NEED one - i mean do you really need it? if you are just starting in business then i'd suggest waiting to see what happens if you use an ordinary phone number, there's no point in adding to your overheads unless it really is necessary.
if you do decide that you really need one then just google it - there are loads of companies that do them you just need to shop around.
