it seems like every chinese manufacturer whole sale dealer online only accepts western union. ive had to look at oaver 30+ sites and they only accept westernunion and other bank wire transfers.one thing i know is that scammers only use western union. is it safe to buy from these guys?

Generally, we are the poorest paid employees of our company, with many expenses, so what does it matter who gives service, as long as it is the best it can be (and definitely, owners want to give impeccable service) and we will be there without fail to continue to give good service.

I would really like to open up my own restaurant business but I’m afraid that it might not do well. I’m stuck and I’m trying to make the best decision. I don’t know if I should take the risk or not. If you were in my shoes, would you rather try and open a restaurant business and have it failed, than not trying at all? And please explain why.

I've been suspended from ebay, and I'm doing the correct steps in order to get the account reestablished. But...if this doesn't work for some reason, couldn't I just open up an ebay account with a fake name and address? Basically "anonmyous", like john smith or something...after all, as long as I'm being a fair and honest seller, is that really ethically wrong? Ebay shut my business down for absolutely no reason(other than there faulty automatic security software finding "unusual activity" with my account(which is completely bogus, I have 100% perfect feedback.) Anyways, I don't see any unethical practices if I don't use a real name, as long as I'm sending out product that is described well, and having good customer service with my buyers. This is only a las resort, however.

How do you pay employees who are out-of-state (and so they can't cash checks,) and don't have a personal bank account. I run payroll in Texas, but need to get money to them in another state. I currently use Western Union but (A) it's expensive (B) it seems messy for taxing/accounting. (Elaboration on "B" - how do I prove to the IRS that I got the money to them, and how do I record the whole mess in Quickbooks which only lets me run payroll from a checking account and not out of petty cash to record a cash payment!) Oh my!

I am thinking about taking out a business loan and opening a dinner theatre here in Texas. I want to be able to have 2 indoor screens and 2 outdoor (drive-in) screens. I will serve a full menu both inside and out along with a full bar. I want it to be classy but not "ritzy".

I will need to hire at least 10 people to waitress/cook/tend bar.

Any idea how much I should borrow for a business loan?

I'm a customer of a wellness company. I buy all toxin free household products from them and refer new customers to them. When my customers (and their customers for 7 generations) order, I receive a minimum of 7% commission on their purchases. Since I must place a montly order of $50 to keep this benefit, would I be able to write off all my household products of $50 * 12mos = $600 for the year?

hello, i recieved payment from this buyer for some pants that he won for an auction but now the he emails me and says that he haven't recieved the item when he should have recieved then . he, however, gave me a positive feedback a few days after i had sent the item telling me that he's gotten the item and they were great. i did not pay for the confirmation extras offered by the post office so i have no idea if the guy is lying or not. any suggestion?

I am going to start a C-corporation. State of Pennsylvania requires on the application a description of what the business will be doing.

How can I word the application so the business activities can be anything....ie. So I can do any activity from services to real estate to whatever........basically, if I (as an example) say I am going to open a dry cleaners, how can I also provide computer services or hold rental properties?

I need to get money to buy a laptop for high school...and i lived in jakarta a city from INDONESIA and life in there is very different from the US or other countries and cant do moant lows (cause most ppls in jakarta dosnt have big house or grass field), babysit (most very poor ppls do babysiting and already have so many maids), allowence ( i ony get 2 and a half each week), get good grades (even though i get good grades my parents didnt gave me some money), and other possible things....but i can seLL...0o0....and other stuff...but no ebays cause how wants my stuff....jusT try your best anwsering my question???okay...
