it seems like every chinese manufacturer whole sale dealer online only accepts western union. ive had to look at oaver 30+ sites and they only accept westernunion and other bank wire transfers.one thing i know is that scammers only use western union. is it safe to buy from these guys?

I am sure most of them are trustworthy.There is one old Chinese proverb says, you are not a man without trust. In fact, I am a Chinese wholesaler too, I have done in this industry two years and got no complains.We all know that customers will go back again just only if you have carryed out all your promises.

That sounds so racist! What if the chinese do that cause they think the white people are not trust worthy? Huh think about that!
Maybe they think you will screw em! But to answer the Western Union question, It is a done deal, so many people trust it, Others do abuse it in wierd ways for services i give you that.

most chinese manufacturers and internation trade company prefer T/T bank payment , i am also in a chinese factory which does export, actually we don't accept western union because we don't think it is safe.

But seriously, internayional trade is usually paid for by drafts on letters of credit.

revenues tax is due from the buyer. it quite is the guy who buys the motorbike. The motorbike shop could be the buyer for issues like ofiice aspects yet not merchandise offered for resale.
