Need to find a start hour on a company that works 12hours shifts , 24hrs a day.

There are many common start times for a 12 hour shift. 7-7, 12-12 etc. (or *:30 if the company is cheap and won't pay for lunch)

The most common is a 7to 7 shift, but only slightly well known and available is the 12to 12 shifts.

In the medical field a well know shift is 7am -7pm and 7pm - 7am.
Another well known shift in general companies is noon till midnight and midnight till noon.

Depends on the type of business. I'd say 6:00 though.
