hi, i need to know the exact licenses needed to start housekeeping business i know (from research) most other legal aspects needed but info on this is a bit vague.

I am a small business owner, and hate to use the land line since I am constantly moving, but one the other hand, I must accept the credit card (visa, and Mastercard), like to find a good, low cost solution for credit card processing through my celluar phone, the volumn is not high, at max to about 25 times per day.
By my understanding, dail the 800 number and talk to the 800 service is all what the credit card terminal need to do with the merchant service, so if I can use the current credit card terminal plus a converter which can convert the phone jack to import the terminal line to my celluar line, it should ok.
Please share me with your experience and advices. Thanks.

I am trying to get the address for blockbusters main office. they are trying to charge me almost 50 dollars for movies that i returned in the drop box and their employees lost. I was called once by the company to say that I owed them the movies I already returned. then my name was immediately sent to a credit bureau. I am so angered I am going to cancel my account and would like to inform the head company of how terrible the business and customer service is. I am looking for the address to that main office to complain. i know if I go to the small store, my complaint will never reach large people. any ideas?

I want to start an adventure camp of sorts for troubled teens. Having been a troubled teen, I believe deeply in this subject matter. I have a start-up business. I haven't sold or bought anything, due to the fact I don't have any start-up funds. I have never used a credit card so I have no clue what my credit score is or even if i have one. I need a line of credit of at least $100,000. I don't have anything to use as collateral except stock in my company. Where can I get a line of credit that my business would qualify for? And yes I do have a business plan.

I also need help from a lot of people who know what they're doing. I want to start a website either about somewhere younger disabled people can come to and share their experiences and stories and pictures or I'll want to start a website for local people to chat with each other and tell what they'd like to do around town. Because in this town there's not very much to do and not believe that if it is a very good website it would get lots of attention. I just need help figuring out which one would be the best and also how can I get people to pay for ads on the website and I also need to know about how much money it would take to start up a website. What percentage do you think I should give the owner? How do you think I should go about doing this?

For instance, I get Paris Hilton 3.4oz for $16, retail price is $49. Should I put price tags myself on the fragrances. Or should I just put the amount I need back from each item and let the owner sell them at their price. Any other suggestions would be great, thanks.

Also, about the tax. Should I include the tax already, or should I have the owner charge tax and then give it to me.

I have lots of things in my shop and have considered opening another shop so as to keep a cleaner appearance in both shops. I started out with just jewelry and now am doing mostly paper goods, cards and tags and such.

I'm looking for a name for my 2nd shop, which would house all my cards and tags and other paper crafts and become my main shop while Sonita's Treasures would become my supplies and other random crafts.

I would like a name starting with an A or B

I would like the name to be shorter than SonitasTreasures

Easy to remember and unique

Any suggestions??
