how can i bid on something fron Ebay Hong Kong?

I have account in the US, the item i want is listed in ebay hong kong.....it gives a U.S. price but everything else is in another language??

It doesn't matter! Just bid - you can buy from anywhere in the world with just the one ID. Just make sure the seller ships to your country and you will have to pay via Paypal.
