Just be honest. Tell them that have never had a job before, but that you're an honest and hard-working individual and you would love to have the opportunity to gain experience with their company.
We all start off with no experience, but we still manage to get jobs and build the experience, so don't worry, you will to!

If you think you really can do the job without any training then you could say that you have had some experience with it, but they may ask for a reference. Or you could say that you don't really have any job experience but you are sure that you can fill the position without any problem. One thing is to really make sure you exude confidence when talking to a potential employer. Employers want to know that they hired someone that can be competent.

The best thing to do is to show enthusiam. If you seem excited about work it helps to make up for lack of experience. Most companies train you somewhat and they can tell by your attitude if you really want to work or not.

Then tell them no...you do not have any work experience. But that you are a hard worker and a fast learner.
