I am working as a shot girl/waitress at a bar from like 8:30pm tonight until 2:30am! I am selling shots tonight because my boss wants me to get used to the prices and environment. Oh and I am from Virginia and I moved to Michigan like a week ago, so that is what state my job is in, and I have a southern accent, and I just need tips on what to do tonight, if I should change my accent, I am reallllly nervous so I need some help, please!

Just be yourself. Be bubbly. Its fun I worked at a bar 4 1/2 years I loved it until I realized I was in love and settling down.

I am from Michigan and I think the guys would love your accent, it may get you better tips anyway. Men here at bars are looking for a girl to flirt with anywhere.

Keep your accent! Guys will love it! Just try not to be nervous and have a good time. Have a couple of shots, yourself. But ONLY a couple, then have a good time.

Definitely change your accent - make it even more Southern than it usually is!!!
Guys love that "help me out, I'm just a Southern blonde" routine. That way if you make any mistakes, they'll help you out instead of getting upset with you. It brings out their protective manliness for some reason.
