There aren't grants to start a business and if there were they would be for anyone. There might be some but to get them you would need to be starting one the government wanted to have and you would need to write a grant proposal which is complicated.
Women start business the same way men do, save money or mortgage the house to get money, borrow from family, get the seller to carry a contract or build the business from nothing. You can form a partnership or do it on your own.
Nobody will just hand you a business for being a woman,

Hi Your local small business association or city/community center should be able to help you. They may have a listing of grants depending on the type of business you want to open/start. Also depending on your state and what has already been governmentally spent you may find incentives for additional education to further your knowledge in whatever field you want to pursue.
