What is the best way to get into the travel business?

If I get liscensed how can I be sure to get a job without having ever worked under a travel agent??

The best way is to go to work for a travel agency and learn the process. After a year or so, go out on your own. Just don't sign a non-compete agreement when you begin working for them.
