at the moment i work in an office, I need to get out and do something with my hands, what could I do?

How about have a little fun, but stay at your desk. Lower your chair, tuck yourself under and let your hands do some wandering. I work in an open plan office but sometimes can get so close I'm almost there, and then pop to the loo for a delicious grand- finale.

big D, i know what you mean. after working in a bank for 13 years i got into the apprecticeship with the Boilermakers union. i always thought union guys were union goons. they turned out to be some of the best guys i ever met...except for 1.
anyway, it was great physical work. i sweated off 15 pounds in one week and fully enjoyed it. my wife made me withdraw from the program, though, since i was working 12 hour days/ 7 days a week until the project we were working on was done so we didn't see each other all that much . then i'd be layed off for 1-3 months until another project came up and then work my butt off again. during the layoffs she'd complain that i sat around doing nothing. can't win for losing (or whatever the saying is).

Do what I did. I do computer animation and my wrist was starting to bother me from pushing a mouse around all day. So I started doing construction type work, hand jobs, actions that were very different than pushing a mouse. After a short time the tingling in my wrist and arm went away.
You need something completely different from office work, like shoveling manure, which I can tell you would be good doing.

Do what so many in the offices do go buy a sex magazine then secretly give yourself a hand job and afterwards put the mag in the bin so the gardeners can get it ~~

If you mean physical work to make some thing look in employee magazine .If other hand job go to bathroom kill your self every day 3 times.
