- get yur own website and open a store online, you will need knowledge to do this.
- sell on eBay, Amazon, Yahoo store or similar.
Offline:
- Flee market.
- direct sell to those around you.
- whole sale to store.

Just find a few small stores in your area and ask if they would sell you shirts. Most will if there % of the sell is good for them. It takes time and a Lot of foot work ...
