i'm doing this project for my business class and i can't think of any legal issues you would have to be aware or prepare for. the only thing i can think of is like if you give someone a manicure and ur tools weren't clean and they get a fungus or something on their finger. can u think of any other possibilities?

Everyone thinks selling avon is the easiest job in the world. But its not! Because you have no clue what you're going to end up making after 2 weeks. it could be 100 bucks or it could be 500 bucks. Also, when the orders come in, you have to open every....single...box and sort out every single item and fill out receipts and get them sent out and make sure you have ALL the money. Is this not stressful to you other avon sellers? I just got my stuff in for campaign 4 in the day before yesterday and i didnt get most of my stuff sent out until today because i was busy sorting it...(but i still have more to send out) Is there any way i can make this less stressful on me when the orders come in?

We've been around for about 8 years and have always made a profit. But how can I improve sales? Please bear in mind we have tried all sorts, I suppose we've hit a bit of a lag and need a boost for the tanning season ahead..

I would sell them at about 15 to 20 dollars.
I would write in an inspirational message.
You can read it first and then buy the rock.
The message will be hand written and on a scroll.
I would perfer to sell the natural beauty but I will also have polished rocks as well.

Here is an example:

For my college marketing class we have to come up with:

-a slogan
-bumper sticker idea
-ad campaign

for the product that we are assigned. Well I was assigned the fast food place known as "Back Yard Burgers" i was wondering if anyone would have any ideas on possible slogans or bumper sticker ideas because i cannot think of anything. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I own a business and pay my "employees" as 1099'd contractors. I recently found out that one of my employees was collecting Unemployment benefits at the same time he was collecting income from me. Am I liable for his actions? A fellow from dept of labor just called about an audit.

It seems to me like he would be responsible for this fraud. It just makes me nervous that the gov is looking for my records.

What is a good place to host a business website with a site builder built in? It has to be compatable with a mac. and have shopping cart availability and security.
