How do i sell stuff at school how should I go about such a thing?

I attend a high school and someone has been selling drinks at lunch. Even though we have a vending matching people liked his drink better. I'm going to do the same thing but with a better drink and buy it in bigger bulk so it will be cheaper. But im not sure if this is allowed or how to go about doing this and what do else should i sell beside drinks??

Make sure you get permission from the school. Sometimes schools sign contracts with vending machine companies that they won't allow competition.
