It is difficult to make money without spending money in some way so you should consider a business that requires minimal investment, even if just for business cards. Most businesses that are inexpensive to start are service-related. It would be best to consider ideas that are related to your deepest interests.
If you like children, babysitting or tutoring would likely fit with your schedule.
If you are a really good organizer, you could organize households over the weekend (e.g. TLC's Clean Sweep).
You could offer a service to students for typing their papers (not writing them, just typing them).
If you are creative, you can write resumes & cover letters, business plans, marketing plans, etc.
Like to cook or bake? Start catering on the side. Clients would pay for the materials before you even get started. Get someone to help and you have started a catering business.
Those are just a few of many things that you could do on your own with little investment (outside of time). In order to get customers, make sure your friends, family, and co-workers know what you are doing and have them share with their networks. Post flyers at your local grocery store and in your neighborhood advertising your services.
Best to you!

maybe a babysitter for parents night?
You can do this a few evenings a week, you pick the days, you set the hours like from
5:30 to 9;30 charge per kid per hour, you can have dinner for the kids or snacks.
You can advertise at your neighborhood Church or just put the word out to your friend and family.
Lots of parent would like to go out to dinner with out the kids ones in a while,or just have a little time to them self with hunting down a babysitter.
some Churches do that to raise funds why cant you ,if your a good person and have a safe place for the kids.

Agreed, it is hard to answer this one with too much detail.
I do however help people start their own businesses with a system of my own, and can even work with people that show potential, on getting them started at no cost to themselves. IE, I end up fronting the costs if someone seems to have potential.
So contact someone if they seem to have something that interests you.
Goodluck.
