I own a new business in a mini mall. One of the other business owners and his employees constantly uses extremely foul language with voices that carry throughout our floor. The mall owner is aware, but does not seem to be taking action. Other tenants and our customers do not want to listen to this. Please help.

I have been looking into Freelancing for a while. I want to start as a freelance writer/proofreader.

I am aware that freelancing does not necessarily mean more money and I am aware that it does not mean less work. Thats not why I have decided this.

I have been published before but that was before I decided this career change.

Any ideas about how to promote myself or how to start going about this?

I already have a website

Okay so this is my story.

I am 20 years old and am a Full-Time business student at my local community college working part-time at the local grocery store. Everyday all I can think about how great it would be to have a home with extra land to build a dog breeding/training business. I'm to the point where I get depressed because I feel like this is my calling and this is what I would like to do with my life but it seems so un-attainable. I want to have a place like a farm but instead of a farm with cows and horses I want to have it for breeding and bringing/training dogs. I don't know what kind of money is possible to be made through this type of career but I'm at the point where as long as I could afford a decent home and enjoy life I would be happy. How do I make this un-attainable dream attainable? PLEASE HELP ME!

At what stage in a business plan would you include future strategies for expansion/diversification into related niche markets? What would be a good title for this section, and what other relevant information should be included here?

I have a business idea that I think will be really good. I've checked around and there's nothing like it in my location, although there is something similar in various parts of the country (and they seem to be pretty successful). I asked an old employer of mine how I should go about doing market research to see if this is a viable idea, and he told me to talk with the potential clients to see if this would be something they'd even be interested in - have a presentation ready along with a sample of the product.

I'm in the process of getting ready to do that, but my concern is that the type of biz it is would be very easy to hijack, especially for the clients - they could actually incorporate this idea into their existing business with little to no extra effort. I'm afraid that if I go in and offer this service, they'll just say no thanks, turn around and do it in-house.

How can I protect myself?
