i'm selling beauty soaps like papaya,oatmeal placenta and others i myself tested them and its quality products i know but since they are new it takes me so hard to sell them and let people try it.Help!

I'm trying to start a business by buying cheap from a wholesaler and in bulk from them and then selling it on ebay but all the wholesalers I find aren't REALLY wholesalers. They are selling the items but selling them at the same rate as a retailer or just a tiny bit less. I need a good bulk wholesaler of baby items and electronics. After looking for over a week it seems like most companies must HAVE to use deceptive trade practices to even make a profit. Please help me find a GOOD wholesaler of these items.

I want to call my company Azureus, but there is a corporation called Azureus, Inc. I want to sell frogs (dendrobates azureus) they sell software.
I am in Colorado they are in California. Also, their name is that of an animal species. I imagines that limits their copyrights to some extent. What do you think?

I plan on starting up 3 different businesses and want to use one phone to answer all the phone calls. What do you think is the best way to do this without using any of the actual businesses names? If somebody is calling one business I wouldn't want to answer as if they were calling another.

I have searched the internet for a completed business plan for starting a day care facility. There are hundreds of plans that I can "modify", but I would like more specifics on operating costs, staff salaries, etc.- some realistic figures. I am not afraid to put in the hours to find this info, but isn't this what the internet is all about?

I ordered supplies from a online merchant and they were to be shipped by priority mail. I did receive a payment confirmation letter but it was from a yahoo account. I contacted the merchant 2 weeks later asking for a tracking number since I had still not recieved my package. The did not give me the number I requested and stated that I should receive it sometime that week. I contacted them again at the end of the week since my order still has not arrived and I have had no contact from them. What should I do about this non-shipping merchant?
