whats the best adjectives to describe the beauty soap i'm selling?

i'm selling beauty soaps like papaya,oatmeal placenta and others i myself tested them and its quality products i know but since they are new it takes me so hard to sell them and let people try it.Help!

what is oatmeal placenta? or is it oatmeal,and placenta? Either way I'm not sure "placenta" is an attractive selling point. Good luck though...
