I ordered supplies from a online merchant and they were to be shipped by priority mail. I did receive a payment confirmation letter but it was from a yahoo account. I contacted the merchant 2 weeks later asking for a tracking number since I had still not recieved my package. The did not give me the number I requested and stated that I should receive it sometime that week. I contacted them again at the end of the week since my order still has not arrived and I have had no contact from them. What should I do about this non-shipping merchant?

If you have a phone number, keep calling them. Make a total pest of yourself.....call them daily if necessary. But don't stop there. Contact the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, and any other agency you can think of who would care about protecting the rights of the consumer.
