we show inventory received and sent to warehouse, but we need to keep track of what is sent out of the warehouse inventory. Since items must show cost, we don't won't to show that these items were sold to the warehouse and then sold to the customer thus paying taxes twice

I run a small garage door business. I'd like advise regarding the best places to spend my rather limited advertising budget. I currently run a small ad in the local papers, but it's rather expensive for the amount of business it gets me. The YellowPages are pretty pricey, and I'd have to spend a small fortune to have an ad big enough to compete with the others. It seems I can get a lot more exposure buying ads on the online directories such as Superpages and Magicyellow, etc. Does anyone have any experience with these? If so, were the responses substantial? Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

But the problem is bankwill provide only part of the finance n wont give finance for shop deposits where we start thee business. Is ther any way wher i can get help?(finance)................

HI....im trying to help out my father, he has a gardening business he runs on his own..he has about 15 yrs of experience and is a hard worker! He has a good reputation and clientel. He is almost 50 and well i dont want him to work to hard by himself anymore.He makes good money but just want to take care of the family! I would like some ideas for him to expand his business by internet or by word of mouth, such as a gardening consulant or something...just any ideas that i can make happen thru the internet so that he wont work to much but be able to make a living. I am a professional gambler, and take real pride in my job. Where as my girlfriend works in some poxy office in town all day.

I currently have her wage paid into my business account so that i can work all day, but she has started asking for money for food and things !!! I have told her time and time again that if she want's money she will have to get another job at night, but she keeps asking..

We have 4 members total and we will all be providing services to our clients and the income will be distributed evenly. We want to choose a type of company that will be most beneficial in terms of taxation and of course something that is simpler to create and manage is better. Just can't decide to go with general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, or even sole proprietorship. Thanks!
