I am looking for a lawyer to sue a US company for damages for their poor mail forwardig service. Can someone refer me to a reputable lawyer that can defend my case at an affordable price?

I have been invarious businesses in the US for years It might cost you more in legal fees to sue then its worth. It depends on what state the company your suing is located and what state you are incorporated in. Did you have a written contract with them? If so what guarantees did they give you they would forward on time. My general rule of thumb is if its under $5000 don't bother it will cost you that much in time and legal fees. You can call the local legal aide office. They will usually offer free advice over the phone.
