You won't find any large guitar manufacturer wanting to deal with you at first, so you can forget Gibson, Fender, Martin, Ibanez, Takamine, etc. unless you can buy a few hundred guitars right away.
Parts are available at many wholesalers, but most times their prices are close to the same as what you can buy the stuff online from current online sellers. The reason for this is because they go direct to the factories... often in Korea or China... and buy in bulk.
To give you a true example, there is an online store that sells a certain pickup for $39.98. Anyone can get as many as they wish for this price. There is a wholesaler that also sells this exact same pickup for $38.75, but you have to buy at least 12 of them.
Both of them buy from the same Korean factory, and their cost is about the same... about $6.50 each BUT they have to buy 10 gross- 1440 pickups- at a time. Then there is the cost of freight, customs, insurance, inventory and storage fees which increase the cost to about $12.00 each. The wholesaler assumes that the "real" dealer will double the price to about $80.00, while the online seller really doesn't care because he is increasing his volume by selling them cheap to the general public.
Whats wrong with this picture? Nothing, except that the online seller usually doesn't back his products and may be out of business in 3 weeks. Then what will the customer do? They'll go to the "real" dealer and expect them to correct the issue which of course they won't, short of selling the customer another pickup at $80.
If you are interested, I'd be happy to sell you pickups, necks, bridges, and other parts in quantities of 100 pieces or more each, but you'll need to prepay and you'll need to wait 6 to 8 weeks for manufacturing time...
Humbucking Pickups $18.00 each
Strat type replacement necks $47.00 each
Completely wired Strat type pickguards $30.00 each
TOM Bridge and tailpiece combos $12.85 each
Get the idea? Email me if you are interested, and no, I won't give you the names of my factories....

If you want to buy at wholesale prices, you must buy in wholesale quantities. Contact manufacturers directly and see what they can offer.
