That's great. Your possibilities are endless. I raised 4 foot basil plants ina 5,000 sq ft greenhouse and that's when I found out I had a green thumb and my heart has been in plants ever since then. Start preparing your soil now to be organic. It is a timely process and that really is the only way herbs should be grown. Tarragon was a big one too. It grows great in good conditions and sells for a higher price per pound than others. I loved walking through the greenhouse as the sun was rising with only the sound of the misters (which now I know there are more effecient ways to water) and walking down the aisles smelling the sweet sweet smell of the herbs. The best way we found to market is to come in contact with all of your chefs in town. Chefs love fresh picked herbs for their specialty meals. Good Luck! Jennifer

Try it out first on ebay. Start with a small sample. This is cheap and very effective marketing.

Local markets may be a good approach. Also veggie shops and local restuarants.
