Because that is what most puppies/dogs do. They like the water and like to be clean. I know that sounds silly, because they just get all dirty again. But isn't it fun bathing them. However, it won't be later when he is grown. Enjoy it now while it lasts!!!

my two beagles do the same thing. I think they are just happy to be out of the bath.

my basit hound/ english bull dog does that i think it is becausethey are happy to be out of the water
