Moving to Spain?

I am thinking of moving to Spain from Seattle, WA with my husband and two year old daughter. We have about 100,000 to start our own buisness. Does anyone know about the Visa process for people coming to start a business?

Watch out for the bureaucracy they do protect their own people by making the foreigners adhere to the rules much more closely than the Spanish do.

Once you've done it you wont regret it, life here is a very pleasant experience most of the time.
