ihave a buisness and sales reps, one of them pawns the goods and takes the money, and gives me her check knowing
its a bad check and stops working ,and hides.

In this case it's theft, plus the worthless check charge... which you should contact police and make a report. A warrant will be issued, perp found and prosecuted. A police report will also get them into the NCIC so that wereever they do business or shop at there will be an alert to help cath them.

So, put it in the hands of the law and legal/judicial system.

In Texas passing a worthless check is a criminal offense, punishible by a fine and or jail time. File the charges and let the district attorney worry about finding her.
