I know all companies differ, however, if I wanted to pay off a loan that I have had for a year [it's a five year loan] is there a method to working out how much I would pay them including the interest they charge for early pay-out?

Thanks!

If I lived in rented accommodation and enjoy myself spending money like there’s no tomorrow. What is there stopping me throwing in the towel and becoming insolvent, Bankrupt.
There are enough lenders that will give me more money even though I would have a bad dept problem. So you could, in theory, do it again and again.

Not only that I could have a very happy 3-4 years spending all that money that the banks want to through at me at no real expense to myself.

Now what would happen if we all did it?

We missed a mortgage payment several years ago and ended up paying it over about 6 months along with our regular payment. When we checked our credit report it showed that we were late on 6 mortgage payments! The bank said it was because technically we were late until the balance of the missed payment was paid in full. This was probably 6 years ago. Since that time we have paid all our payments on time, but I'm worried a mortgage lender may look at this and feel we are a risk.

I do!
I used to drink and do drugs a lot...if I could have controlled it, I probably still would be (but I'm glad I'm not)...still, I'm jealous of those who can.

Cingular has been harrassing me for about 2 mos. now. They double charged me on my last bill (I know for a fact I did not use that many minutes) so I refused to pay. They charged me with several fees and hiked the intrest to like 20% or something. Now they want to settle. I've always paid my bills before and don't want bad credit. Should I take it or will they go lower as time goes on. Don't even judge me for not paying already. Why should I if they were wrong!

I've been looking at my credit scores for the past 2 years. I know where I stand but it seems like I can't seem to get a good grip on getting rid of my debts. Does anyone know a Credit Repair service for a mixture of debt? I have student loans, a credit card, and old cellphone contract on my report that's really holding me back. I've been paying on them, but nothing seems to be happening. I need more help. Any good Agencies out there, that will really get my scores raised and debt alleviated somehow?

I have a medical bill from 7 years ago, and I've been making consistent payments of $20.00. The problem is my checks have been lost on 4 occasions and I've had to write a check again, but they manage to find the check after cashing the additional check, so that $40 for one month payment. Also, I never receive a statement for balance owe, they call claiming a payment was not received; yet I have a copy of a processed check and I end up faxing to prove the payments. I ask for a run down of payments received, they provide incorrect information about the check numbers, and the months the check number are for, but the amount received is correct. What can I do to solve these harassing acts and inaccuracies, when they are not doing their job properly. Help!!! I wish I could pay more, but I'm on a limited income and I'm unable to settle at this time.

I received a call at 4:50pm stating that it was an investigator trying to recover a debt of a payday loan of $575 and if I didn't come up with the money by the morning he would send a check fraud investigation to the police. He wouldn't verify any information. What are my options?
