It is possible but usually you have to use a hard money lender. Sometimes you can get a nice one who will charge you a decent interest rate and sometimes you will get a d*&% who will charge you through the nose. I suggest you go to Craigslist and look up hard money lenders. I work with a few good ones that I have found through that listing.

You don't even deserve to have an apartment with a credit score below 400!

Take baby steps toward a 600 FICO score before you get a house.

i will handle this factor by factor a million) the three rankings will all be different. All 3 bureaus at the instant are not given the same tips approximately you. it is your accountability to be conscious of what your comments say and to maximum appropriate any blunders. 2) the middle of the three rankings is the only that concerns. not the customary, yet what ever the middle score is. So in case you have 610, 640 and 642 = your center score is 640 and that's your score. in case you have seven-hundred, 710 and 760 = your center score is 710 and that's your score. 3) i might get your comments direct from the bureaus them selves. All 3 have internet web pages you are able to pass to for paying to your comments.
