evertything was paid off there are still somethings showing up on his credit that were paid off in the banckruptcy. ( from a previous marriage by the way, not with me...) Any ideas of how to get those off, they were paid for, and I have a copy of the bankruptcy papers to prove it! Any help please??

everytime i try to get out of debt i seem to get in more debt.. i don't splurge on stuff but i just can't seem to get out of debt... i have horrible credit so i probably won't be able to get a loan does anyone know of a way to get out of debt without getting a loan

In my credit report, there is a credit card account which I opened while I was in college 4 years ago. I want to close it but I don't know the full card number - the credit report only shows the first 12 digits. I don't have this card any more.

Is it possible it will eventually come off if I dispute the item over and over? The creditor never sent me validation of the debt, but when I receive my results after disputing, it says that the creditor provided information to the bureau and it remains on my credit

while waiting for this divorce to be final...and it now is....my bills have gone way behind. I have assets in escrow but because the judge didnt clarify the equitable division ....I am now looking at a later date to get my money...Is there any way to get a loan or something on this with a court order stating I own half of funds held in escrow?

When a credit card says P+2.99% what does that mean? Is the Prime rate high to make up for the low apr rate. Im having trouble finding a good chase or citi fixed apr rate thats low and now 17.99 percent. What credit score do you have to have in order to get the lowest rate possible??

Isn't this considered'double dipping'? Why is this allowed? Who made up the rule they could do this? How can we ever get our card paid off when most of our payment goes towards the finance charges?
