I know I should pay off the high interest rated ones first but since I only owe 50.00 on one that has a medium interest rate shouldn't I pay that off and close it leaving my card total down to 4?
I have been told to not close my cards instead pay the balance(s) when I can but doesn't it look worse on my credit report when I have a large credit amount I can borrow from?

I paid it late but on the due date, it was Saturday after 3:00 so it was paid on Monday morning. I was charged the late fee, but I am wondering is this reported to the credit bureau. When you get a credit report it shows bills 30 days late or more, do you think they reported this even though it was not late?

I was wondering. I applied for their CC a while ago and the letter stated the there is no info available or info missing from each of the credit agencies. Fair enough, I didn't have any credit. Well, after few months, when I did have some credit, I tried again and same exact letter came back. So I sent them copies of two of my credit reports, and guess what, the exact same letter came back the third time. What the hell... I have limited credit history as they focused on and meet all the basic criteria. I know that's not everything, but can't they at least write something else, more case-related?

Our son was involved in an accident 3yrs ago which required an ambulance ride. we were never contacted or informed of any bill and easy to locate as we live at that same address for over 10 yrs. we have good auto and medical insurance which would have covered it, we have good credit, until now. we went to do something and were denied credit which is how we discovered this issue. we have many phone call to all involved parties, initial company, collection agency, insurance companies and nothing resolved. when we ask collection people why we were never sent and bill and explain that we have/had insurance to cover this stuff their claim is that they couldn't locate us and our son would not give information, not true who cares, were insured. the insurance companies states that it has reached a 2yr statue of limitation. when I asked the ambulance company why they didn't obtain the information from my son their response was that the drivers are too busy and dont have time..

I applied for a personal loan of $5,000 which was approved. They are in the process of sending me the loan documents to sign off on but they also want me to send $750.00. When I asked why I had to send in $750.00, they stated because of my credit. Here is what they also stated to me by phone. The loan is for $5000, at 6% interest rate, 2 years to pay them back at $203.67 per month. Has anyone ever applied for a personal loan and had to send in money prior to receiving their loan? Do you think this may be a scam. Please answer.
