that's why i can't get a credit card. can someone translate this?

Yes,

This basically means that any line items of credit mentioned on your credit report do not clearly indicate the type, duration, and status of your credit agreement with a creditor.

That is, essentially all of your entries on your credit report do not clearly show how you handled that particular credit account.

As such, no reasonable creditor can fairly assess your creditworthiness for issuance of new credit.

What you need to do is to contact all of your creditors and tell them to update your credit accounts with ALL 3 BUREAUS on a MONTHLY basis. If the creditors comply, then their actions will "refresh" your credit report with current, valid information just like the "refreshing" of an Internet page for more current, updated content.
