2 weeks ago, I placed an order for a prescription with an online pharmacy. I never got it. My account was charged, but my online order status says "Pending" when I check it. (Not shipped) I have called, only to hold for literal HOURS, so I end up opting to leave a message, but they never call back, and my e-mails are never replied to either. Is there anyone I can report this to that can help me deal with this better? I am having no luck at all.
