No, you cannot pay a credit card bill with your credit card.

Technically, no. But you can withdraw cash from the card at an ATM, pay an outrageous fee, deposit the money in your checking account, then cut them a check. Very expensive option, but if you're up a creek, you gotta do what you gotta do. Not a sound option, but I would do whatever I had to do to not have a negative item on my credit report. Negative items take 7 years to come off.

Hahaha My sister did that. She used her American express credit card pay for store department credit card bill so that she can earn some reward points lol. But she paid in full after she used it though. She paid in full each month. I don't think that will hurt her credit.
