I'm trying to consolidate a few bills and looking for a bank that would give someone with less than perfect credit a small personal loan. My credit score is about 525. Can someone help me out.

Hello,
This is a quoate from a website I went to:---->
Dave's CREDIT SCORE BOOSTER MANUAL was written to give you the extra boost you need right now. It contains additional tips and tricks to improve your credit score fast.
But the real treat is the last method outlined in the manual. This one technique is so powerful it can add ten years of good payment history to your credit report within 30 days. This quickly makes you look like a better credit risk to the lenders and boosts your score dramatically. If you were to buy this manual on its own and read nothing else, this one method would make it well worth your time. It is amazingly simple and it is almost completely unknown. And it works every time.

Does anyone know what the above method is and how it works?

If I put a "stop payment" on a check that I issued to a credit card company (but have paid them the same amount, which is more than the minimum due, by ACH), what are the possible consequences:

a. legally
b. from my bank?
c. from the credi card issuer?

Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know why when you order your own credit report from Experian, Equifax, Transunion, scores always differ (they are higher)to those ordered by mortgage companies and auto dilerships? I know they typically use Tribureaus repaort but still scores should be the same. I pulled mine but the service that I use and it showed 740, but the same bureau reported to my lender 784? Any ideas?

Although I paid my cable bills, I keep getting bills from the Credit Protection Association and Charter Communications. I tried calling Charter myself to settle the issue, but they are as confused as I am.

I applied for AmEx card and they sent me a letter asking me for the 3 months most recent personal bank statements to verify my total annual income. Does that mean I am approved as long as I prove to them my annual income is same as the one that I had put in my application?
Does that mean that I am approved. I already applied online. and that was their response.

If I sent the bank statements, will they give me the card?

Hello,

I aquired a credit card in May 06'. I wanted to build my credit, I had a credit score of 630. Initially I made small purchases and paid everything off on time for the first few months. However, as of September I had some school related fees I charged to my card. Since September I've just been paying the minimum payments and now have just over one thousand dollars on my card. Over one tenth of this is just in interest too. I know for next month's payment I will not be able to pay more than the minimum fee. Can I transfer my current debt to a new card. I've read a bit about 0% transferring fees. Ideally, I'd like to find a card where I could transfer the debt I have with a grace period, no interest, for a couple of months. Is there such a card or am I dreaming? I am new to the world of credit cards and I'd appreciate some insight about my situation. I don't want this debt to get any more out of hand.

Thank you!
