I'm trying to consolidate a few bills and looking for a bank that would give someone with less than perfect credit a small personal loan. My credit score is about 525. Can someone help me out.

Try a credit union but you'll have to be a member.

Few if any banks will do a personal loan to someone with weak credit. The interest rate is likely to be as high or even higher than on your credit cards if you find one that will.

I'm looking for a loan, too, of about $1 Million. I need a 2-3 % rate, locked for 30 years. I plan to remodel my kitchen. Let me know if you find something.

Most people don't give out loans unless you have some colateral... Credit Unions are the best place to get a loan from. Of course, you can't have too many obligations on your credit or they'll deny you. I've been through this. It sucks.
