I have been billing a customer for parts and labor for over two years now he has changed his mailing address and i dont know how to bill him can i file something with the court system ?

Yes, you can file with the courts. However, in the state of Texas you cannot file a lien after 60 days (not sure if that pertains to your business or not). You can get a judgement against the customer in your favor, but if they don't have the money, you really only have the judgement. You need to make sure that the amount of money you would be suing for would be worth it.

Yes. Go after him in small claims court.

you need to "write-off" the account and close it. if it's a lot of money, then take the matter to court. get a judgment and try to find an account to garnish.

IF IT'S BEEN 2 YRS , IT MAY BE TOO LATE , I THINK 2 YRS IS THE LIMIT , DEPENDS WHEN YOU FIRST BILLLED HIM , WHY DID YOU WAIT 2 YRS TO NOW , WANT TO TAKE HIM TO THE MAGISTRATE ? I WOULD DO THIS ANY CREDIT I GIVE , I NEED A COPY OF PHOTO ID PLUS AGREEMENT TO PAY IN FULL!
