On my mums bank statements she has found a direct debit of the name b carter fil clnt. It has been taking £22.50 off her account a month since oct 05! No-one including the bank has any ideas what or who this is! Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what it is? thanks.

at what point is it too late to declare yourself bankrupt - can you still declare yourself bankrupt if debts have been sold off ? at what point is it too late - i have debts going back to 2001 ?

if i apply to experian for my credit history - if i have any outstanding loans wll it show them ? even if they have been passed to a debt recovery agency
