is there any other stores that accept target giftcards?

I am currently trying to start building my credit so that when I apply for a credit card, theres some credit history there that won't lead to my rejection. I curently have a checking/savings accnt with both BoA and WaMu (however, I am about to close my BoA accnt when WaMu debit card comes in). I'm not sure if i'm really up for getting credit cards from small stores, because I don't shop in too many places, so although I want to build my credit..I don't want to waste my money..................................
Heres some quick facts, if it'll effect your answers: (1)Been rejected credit card apps more than a few times (2)Opened accnt w/ WaMu today, tried applying for MasterCard but was denied because of lack of credit history (3)Have a mobile phone contract under parent's name, however I pay the monthly bill (4)House is parent owned/don't pay rent (5)Only have a Macy's retail card (6)Not currently a Student. Any advice would be great, thanks!

Anyone knows? Something with decent credit limit. Optionally brings rewards and stuff when used for making purchases, etc. (But not at the cost of much fee)

Thanks!

This company calls quiet often even though I have told them to stop because I never had an credit account with this company and if I did it is way past the statute of limitation. They want me to prove I don't owe money instead of them proving I do. I ask for evidence and get nothing. I think they are tryin to rip off elferly because they think we are stupid

I recently paid to update my musicmatch plus, and was charged on my credit card the same amount 5'xs. There should only be one(1) charge amount. Why was this done, and how can this be corrected?

hello, I just filed for bankruptcy oct 25th, i haven't received my discharge yet , but will be very soon. I was wondering, how long will it take before my credit gets good enough to maybe get a good interest rate on a house or a car. I am in nursing school right now, and will be graduated nov 3, 2008. I hopefully want to have my credit to a point where i can get a good rate on a house. What steps can I take to improve my credit? I did just recently get a credit card w. a 350 $ limit, and plan on paying monthly to improve my score. I was rather suprised I even got a card w.out the discharge. I also just opened a checking accounts, and again was suprised to see i was accepted w. no problem, w. a big bank like bank of america no less. But what else can i do to achieve better credit and how long does it take? has anyone had similar situations. I am kinda scared to put alot of money in my bank account, because I am afraid a shady creditor will take my money out and garnish it. please help

So long story short... I have to come up with $150,000 by the 21st of the month and I have no clue how I am going to do it. I have bad credit, do not own anything, I currently have no job, I have friends that love and care about me but they are in no financial position to help. I do not have parents. I know I am pretty screwed but this is still something that has to be done by the 21st. If anyone can give me some advice, please let me know. My company switched my cell service from Verizon to t-mobile when i got my new blackberry. I received email notification that i needed to pay the "breach of contract" fee, but I forgot and then a few months later it's showing up as a stain on my credit report. Is there anything I can do?
