If you aren't going to use your Target gift card, try a site like www.cardavenue.com. You can trade it for another gift card or sell it for cash. They do charge a small fee, but getting $95.55 for your $100 gift card is better then having the card sit unused.

Only at Target or Target.com. I see people selling unwanted giftcards for cash on ebay.

If you live in Australia you can use your target gift card at coles, myer, liquor stores at about 20 other stores...
Look into their website..
