Go here, go there, do this and that . . . yeah? HOW? I've been ripped off at least 3 times in the last 4 years. Once 4 years ago and twice last year. All sellers are no longer eBay sellers.
I need step-by-step instructions and they don't provide it, which, obviously, makes it go unresolved. Is that why they make it so difficult to do anything about it?

Or wrong?

I have an upside down loan on my current vehicle due to a bad loan I signed when I was younger. There would be no way for me to sell this car for the amount owed on the loan unless someone was just bonkers. The $500 car payment is killing me. I can afford it but barely. There's always a way out right? Is there ANY way to get rid of this vehicle w/o killing my credit for the next 7-10 years?

The last credit card I got was prob. around sept. '06, then oct. '06 I applied for pay pal on e-bay. I got denied and got a letter stating the reason why is CREDIT BUREAU REPORTS APPLICANT IS DECEASED. All the numbers I tried to call were automated and I couldn't reach anyone. Recently I applied for a home loan just to see what my boyfriend and I could get approved for. I warned the guy that my credit report stated that before. So of course my credit report came back saying the same thing. Only for Experian and Equifax, not for TransUnion. I have been having problems getting ahold of someone there. I sent letters asking what I need to do. Finally I found a number where I reached someone. They were rude at first and confussed. (imagine how I feel). Finally they said send a notorised paper stating that I am alive, a copy of my ID, and a electricity bill. So I am getting that done, asap. I'm just nervous why my report says that and if this will fix it. Has anyone heard of this? It's scary

I am getting married in a little over a year. My Guy's crdit is sparkling I don't want to pull him down. I have tried a few debt cosolidation places but all of my bad credit is from 2-5 years ago. They want info I can't obtain. I just tried with 1 major company and they told me I didnt get the right info and refunded me my start up costs. Saving is not working but now if I have a bill, I pay it. But I can't save this much in this amount of time. If the purpose of my loan is to fix my credit why does everybody want to give me a loan based on that??? Please help.

what is the best wat to ship receive or ship steroids through the mail? I have a friend in NYC who can get them to me for cheap, but I am scared to send them through the mail in fear it wont be the mailman who delivers them to me, but a cop delivering them. I have heard from alot of people if you only send a few bottles like maybe 3 or 4 its virtually impossible to bust you for it. That is about the amount I would receive. I was just wondering if anyone else has had such things shipped to them, and if they experienced any problems w. it? I really want them, but don't want to be busted. any info would be helpful. thanks

The reason I am asking is because I had been abroad for a few years and am now resettling back in the States.

I went to open a bank account since I closed it and requested a credit card.

I got a letter in the mail the other day which explained I been denied a credit card. Although I did have a problem I did settle the debt less than 6 months ago.

Anyway, I went on the website as it suggested in the letter to view my credit report and it appeared to be clean with none of the reasons for my denial mentioned in the letter.

Is it common for these 'credit check' companies to make errors??

I would like to know:

1. What action should I take? (I plan to call them tomorrow), action I can take if they are mistaken?

2. If there is a problem and I clear it up, how long could it take for me to get approval and get a credit card?

Thanks.

Why does Visa need your social security number when you sign up for a Visa Reloadable Prepaid Greendot Card? And if you have a child, why do they need the child's and your SSN?

My EX and I have received a letter in the mail from a collections agency, stating that we need to call them in (7) working days to resolve what we owe them. If we dont call them they are going to take us to court, and any interest , attorney fees will be added to are balance.

The question I have is that If I pay my half are they going to be able to let me go? Or they going to keep me on there untill its fully paid since both of are names are on the bill? But if he sighns a paper stating that he is going to pay the other half would they?
If your wondering what where being billed for, it's for an apartment that we had in 05 in both of are names.

Is there a legitimate unsecured Credit card that I could get with a $300.00 start limit? Many that I have looked at that offer this, charges you for all kinds of fees that eat up most all of the credit that you get on the card. I just want a card to start with, to build up my credit. Are there any that don't charge an arm and a leg?

I purchased a car In Colorado about 7 months ago, I came to Florida on Vacation and my purse was stolen with all my ID and bank cards in them. Well making a long story short. They wiped me out, and I lost my apt. and things in Colorado. I was forced to get a job and place to live here to survive. I have never missed a payment on my car, but the people that financed my car told me that I had signed an addendum to my contract saying that I would not move from the state. I was wondering if I pay for the car for a year, should I be able to have someone in Florida refiinance my car since I have a good payment history. My other credit or lack of it is not too great, but car credit is good. They also tell me that they can pursue felony charges if I don,t return to Colorado within the year. I don't know why they would if I am paying for the car. I have started over down here, and cannot see returning there to start over again, since I am established down here. Guess I need refinancing Advice.

I have a charge-off account (credit card) that turned into a court judgement against me 12 months ago. I noticed this judgement on my credit report only couple months ago but was never ever notified of any court dates because I had been at a new address for more than 6 years now. Is there anything I can do to challenge this judgement or is it too late? I originally defaulted on this loan due to getting laid off from work, but now make 6 figures. Will they try to garnish my wages? It has been a year & they have not taken a penny from me yet. Because the judgement took place just within the statute of limitations (CA 4 yr), do I have to pay it even though it is well past 4 years now?
Also, I am currently in the process of buying a home, but the loan will be in my fiance's name because she has a better credit score, even though I will be making the payments. Is it a good idea for me to include myself on the title or will the creditor try to put a lien on the home?
Thanks in advance
