Depends on how many credit applications you're willing to fill out. You can apply for as many credit cards as there are companies that issue them.

You can apply for as many as you would like.
But, this hurts your credit rating and you will lower your FICO score, by having too many hits on your credit report, and having such young accounts.
It takes time to nurture and build good credit.
You can get some tips from my fico website.
They have a pie chart that outlines how they calculate your credit score, and new credit should not be more than 10%.
