Haven't had a Visa Electron for a little while but when I did it didn't have an issue number (that's for Switch and Delta cards). Try submitting the form again but leave the issue number part blank.

You're not confusing Issue Number with CVV number are you? The CVV number is the 3 digit number on the back of the card (if there's a seven digit number on the back of your card then the CVV number is the last three digits)

Visa Electron cards DO NOT have issue numbers. Are you using the 3 security digits on the back of the card by mistake? Simple enough mistake to make. Hope this helps.xxx

Some cards dont have issue numbers. They have security numbers instead which are located on the rear of the card (usually the last three digits of a 5 or 6 number sequence)
You will notice that the space for the issue number is probably not a manditory completion box, but you will find anouther box for a security number (sometimes called something different, but means the same thing).

I would think the issue number is that three numbers on the back of the card. Try this? Good luck

think that box should be left blank or try just putting in 0. Issue numbers not used for visa or mastercard online - used only for switch or delta from my own experience.

DONT ENTER AN ISSUE NUMBER THEN IT SHOULD ASK FOR THE START DATE.
