Does anyone know of a secure debit or credit card where every time I use it the long number accross the middle changes along with the cvv number and also where I can put a limit on each transaction. Basically a virtual card. I know Cahoot do one but I am looking for an alternative.

do you have a walgreens near you?
In the store I saw a 'green dot' visa and master card.
YOu can reload them at the register for whatever amount you choose.
YOu can use them just like regular credit cards so everytime you can use a different one and thus your account info would change.
I am sure that is not exactly the information you are looking for but if you get no better answers this might be better than nothing..GOOD LUCK!

You need a 3V virtual Visa card available in the UK. Find a Payzone Shop in your local area and hand over the amount you want to credit plus a handling fee of £3.50. The credit is registered against your account but the 16 digit number and security code are emailed or texted to you. The number can be used only once.
You will have to apply for the card first online using any name.

The long number across the middle is the card number, so i dont think you can get one that keeps changing as it would accommodate fraudsters quite well.................
